FireBirdie® – the compact blind rivet nut tool from GESIPA® for precise and flexible work.
The FireBirdie® was developed specifically for industrial applications where reliability, efficiency and ease of use are paramount. The tool enables continuous drilling and removal – even with long or pre-inserted blind rivet nuts. The drilling process starts automatically when pressure is applied, and removal is possible at any time. This ensures a smooth process and increases process reliability.
For maximum control, three operating modes are available via the high-resolution display: force-controlled, stroke-controlled or combined in ThreadSafe mode. This allows the FireBirdie® to be precisely tailored to the respective application and ensures consistently high quality and reproducible setting results.
A particular advantage is the tool-free change of the threaded mandrels and nosepieces.
The setting sleeve can also be removed without tools by removing the light ring. The length of the thread mandrel can be adjusted in seconds by hand or with a wrench by simply turning the locking nut directly on the nosepiece. This significantly reduces set-up times and simplifies use with different rivet nut sizes.
With a setting stroke of 15 mm and a setting force of 13 kN, the FireBirdie covers a working range up to M8 steel. This allows it to master demanding applications with ease.
The tool weighs only approx. 1.8 kg including the battery, making it particularly mobile and ergonomic.
